CEM DEMİRCAN
Supervisory Board Member
Cem Demircan is the IT Expert of the YEAP Association. Following his graduation from Department of Public Management at Anadolu University he immediately enrolled at Anadolu University’s International Relations Master’s Degree Programme. During Mr. Demircan’s studentship he helped organize numerous events including Model United Nations and Model European Union simulations all the while helping with published research over at Anadolu University’s Strategic Research Center. His technical knowledge and expertise were a boon to his studies on Cyber Warfare and Cyber Weapons studies during his Master’s Degree and following graduation he started working as the Head of Information and Communication Technologies Department at an education institution. He is currently continuing his education at Anadolu University’s Civil Aviation Management Doctorate programme with the aim of becoming Cyber Readiness Expert in Aviation field.

MEHMET AKKAN
Supervisory Board Member
Mehmet Akkan is a member of the finance department in Youth's Empowerment and Action Plan Association. He is 4th grade student at EskiÅŸehir Osmangazi University, Department of International Relations. At the same time, he is doing a double major in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration. In 2021, he countinued his education in Hungary with the Erasmus program. Also, he completed his internship program in Tantürk Hungary Kft in Budapest. In 2022, he took part in the National Internship Program at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. Along with these, he worked as human resources intern at Sport Center Academy. He is currently working as Auditor at PwC Turkey.

SÜMEYYE KILINÇ
Supervisory Board Member
Sümeyye Kılınç has a bachelor's degree in International Relations from EskiÅŸehir Osmangazi University. She was entitled to the Erasmus student exchange program in her 3rd year and spent a semester at SMK University of Applied Social Sciences-Lithuania. In YEAP Association, she works as Academic Assistant and is responsible for supporting program processes and department management.
